Mr. Lunde received his BA in Experimental Psychology from Bemidji State University. His fascination with human behavior led, curiously, to a career in collections beginning in 1994. Collections opened up a new world of understanding people and why they make the financial decisions they make. From credit cards, medical, underground cable and utility damage collections, Mr. Lunde accepted a position in banking working non-performing (delinquent) loan portfolios. As the business model of the bank changed, so did the opportunity for personal and professional growth. Mr. Lunde accepted a position within the company as a Loss Mitigation Field Rep. The exhilaration of diffusing a hostile situation during a face to face loan collection, followed by successful resolution, was both personally and professionally rewarding. After leaving the company, and a with over a decade of experience in recovery and field work, Mr. Lunde formed "Metro Field Services, Inc." |
